Rainy days
Well it's rained for about a week or so straight and I have to say, I am ready for some sunshine lol. But I will admit the world is so very beautiful after a rain....grass is greener, flowers brighter, everything seems more alive. Today I think I'll take the time to notice all the wonderful things that a dreary old rain can bring lol. Like...snuggles on the couch ;) or an ease to allergies *waves bye to pollen*. Try to always find the positive in all situations..rain or shine. Sometimes we get knocked on our arses and then sand kicked in our faces and the best thing to do at that moment is pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep going. A movie from the 80's comes to mind...."Have you paid your dues Jack?" "Yes sir, the check is in the mail!" LOL I love that movie! Keep going and keep believing in yourself. We all will see brighter and better days.
